Francois Tissot has been getting some excellent press from La Revue du Vin de France lately!
The issue “The Most Beautiful Wines of the Year” released this past June 2017 listed not just one but three wines with excellent reviews from the tasting panel!
St Joseph White: “This pure Roussanne makes for the perfect aperitif. The nose is zesty, with a savoury, medium body mouth that leaves you salivating.”
Cornas: “François Tissot benefits from his 70 year old vines. His interpretation is generous, with the classic Syrah notes of pepper and bacon fat. The savoury wine is punctuated with a mint finish.”
Saint-Péray White: “A beautiful expression of this appellation, signalled by its generosity and freshness. The mouth is dynamic, zesty, and stretches the finish.”
You will be able to taste Les 7 Pierres at this year’s Millesime Bio in January 2018!
