A peaceful year and a good harvest (55 hl\/ha) with healthy, ripe grapes. The 2025 vintage promises to be rich, fresh, and mineral. Good news: all of the estate’s cuv\u00e9es will be produced this year, including the crus and the maceration wine.<\/p>

Started on August 26, the harvest was punctuated by rain and botrytis: sorting of Pinot Gris, superb expressions of Riesling with noble rot, fully ripe Pinot Noir, and a remarkable batch of Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives. The vintage promises to be concentrated, fresh, and aromatic, with some very fine examples of Cr\u00e9mant, Muscat, Pinot Noir, and Riesling.<\/span><\/p>

Early and intense (August 25\u2013September 12), the harvest gave modest yields but concentrated, aromatic grapes, despite hail and water stress. A wonderful new addition: a Chenin franc de pied vinified separately, which opens up exciting prospects. In 2026, the goal is to produce wine exclusively from their own vines.<\/p>

A vintage marked by two heat waves, but spared by timely rain that allowed the grapes to reach ideal ripeness. The harvest, modest but of excellent quality, produced expressive Pinot Noirs, vibrant ros\u00e9s, and crisp, saline Chardonnays. The style is a throwback to 2019, with around 40,000 bottles expected and all the iconic cuv\u00e9es on the program.<\/p>

After a very hot summer, the vines held up well thanks to the water reserves accumulated in the spring. The harvest, carefully planned to the millimetre, yielded healthy, perfectly ripe grapes across the entire estate, including the new plots added this year. The first juices reveal crisp, fruity and promising reds, with a remarkable balance between power and freshness.<\/p>

Beautiful weather with some regular rainfall were the perfect conditions to grow vines in Jura this year. Unfortunately a hailstorm limited yields but quality is high ! Cr\u00e9mants, reds, and whites were carefully harvested, and for the first time, a batch of Pinot Noir was set aside, opening the door to a possible new product to be discovered in the spring.<\/p>

The whites offer aromas of citrus and exotic fruits, while the reds reveal blackcurrant, cherry, and elegant peppery tannins. A single\u00a0cuv\u00e9e Grand Vin will be produced, promising an exceptional vintage.<\/p>

The 2025 vintage is characterized by modest yields in most regions, due to unpredictable weather and summer drought. Despite these reduced volumes, the quality and concentration of the grapes are excellent, promising rich, aromatic wines with great precision.
