L’habitude est prise de faire d\u00e9guster les bons vins du Jura \u00e0 New York depuis l’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re ! Cette ann\u00e9e, c’est au mois de juin qu’un groupe de vignerons Jurassiens \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent pour faire d\u00e9couvrir leurs bons flacons.<\/p>\n
Nous \u00e9tions avec Pierre Rolet au rendez vous ! Les visites \u00e9taient nombeux et le vin jaune n’a plus de secret pour les New Yorkais aujourd’hui.<\/p>\n
Au domaine, nous pr\u00e9sentions une belle gamme, avec les cr\u00e9mants qui maintenant sont en complet car le cr\u00e9mant Ros\u00e9 se pr\u00e9sente dans sa nouvelle tenue \u00e9l\u00e9gante : une belle bouteille blanche ! Une gamme de Chardonnay en provenance des terroirs d’Arbois, de C\u00f4tes du Jura ou bien de l’Etoile : toujours une d\u00e9gustation tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante car sur un m\u00eame mill\u00e9sime, on s’aper\u00e7oit tout de suite des effets du terroir, induisant dans les vins des caract\u00e9ristiques plus ou moins fruit\u00e9es ou plus ou moins min\u00e9rales. Nous avions \u00e9galement avec nous quelques rouges : le Trousseau, tr\u00e8s plaisant, avec beaucoup de fruit en bouche ainsi que le Poulsard qu’on ne pr\u00e9sente plus.<\/p>\n
Sans oublier les produits embl\u00e9matiques comme le vin jaune ou bien le vin de Paille.<\/p>\n
Une tr\u00e8s belle d\u00e9gustation, dans un cadre tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able …<\/p>\n
