Vendredi 7 ao\u00fbt \u00e9tait une journ\u00e9e parfaite pour une d\u00e9gustation au domaine Klein<\/a><\/strong> en compagnie de Lutz Hellweg et son \u00e9pouse, de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Perigord Import, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d’importation<\/strong> qui importe maintenant les vins du domaine \u00e0 L\u00fcdenscheid en Allemagne.<\/p>\n

Fran\u00e7oise Klein nous avait pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un accueil haut en ar\u00f4me<\/strong> puisque nous avons eu droit, avant la d\u00e9gustation, \u00e0 une visite de SON jardin … Nous avons suivi le fl\u00e9chage …<\/p>\n

Nous avons donc mont\u00e9 l’escalier ext\u00e9rieur d’un b\u00e2timent, ouvert une porte, travers\u00e9 un couloir, ouvert une seconde porte, puis …. merveilleuse d\u00e9couverte que ce jardin cach\u00e9, dans lequel poussent toutes les herbes aromatiques, sauvages ou non : de la menthe, du pourpier, de la roquette sauvage, de l’estragon, de la sauge, du basilic, et bien s\u00fbr des l\u00e9gumes : des tomates de toutes les couleurs, des t\u00e9tragones ….. Inutile d’essayer de les citer tous, j’en oublierai.<\/p>\n

C’est simple, “Je n’enl\u00e8ve jamais une plante ou une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 qui pousse, si elle se d\u00e9veloppe l\u00e0, c’est parce qu’elle s’y sent bien” nous explique Fran\u00e7oise. Nous en avons profit\u00e9 pour nous rafra\u00eechir la m\u00e9moire de toutes ses senteurs qui nous mettaient en app\u00e9tit pour la d\u00e9gustation de vin. Merci pour cette visite, c’\u00e9tait super !!<\/p>\n

Nous avons ensuite d\u00e9guster quelques vins blancs de la maison<\/a> Albert-Sounit<\/a><\/strong>. Pour commencer, le C\u00f4te Chalonnaise Blanc<\/strong> 2007<\/strong>, tr\u00e8s plaisant, bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et avec une belle longueur en bouche, puis le Montagny 1er cru les Co\u00e8res 2007,<\/strong> beaucoup de mati\u00e8re, des raisins tr\u00e8s m\u00fbrs. Un vin dont seulement 20% est \u00e9lev\u00e9 en f\u00fbt afin de garder beaucoup de fruit et de l’\u00e9l\u00e9gance. Tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ussi !<\/p>\n

Les autres vins partiront directement en Allemagne pour \u00eatre d\u00e9guster sur place et nous l’esp\u00e9rons … plairont \u00e0 nos amis Allemands.<\/p>\n
