1) Quelle \u00e9tait la m\u00e9t\u00e9o pendant la r\u00e9colte?<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e de s\u00e9cheresse exceptionnelle sur le mill\u00e9sime 2016, 2017 s\u2019annon\u00e7ait sous de meilleurs hospices avec un hiver pluvieux qui a permis de refaire les r\u00e9serves hydriques, mais \u2026. La plante a m\u00e9moris\u00e9e le manque d\u2019eau ce qui s\u2019est\u00a0 traduit par une petite sortie, \u00a0aggrav\u00e9e par une coulure sur les grenaches (chaud-froid au moment de la floraison).<\/em><\/p>\n

Le manque de pluviom\u00e9trie en ao\u00fbt, qui devient chronique, n\u2019a pas permis aux raisins de garder leurs poids et a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 faire chuter les rendements.<\/em><\/p>\n

Les temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es durant l\u2019ann\u00e9e et les r\u00e9serves en eau suffisantes jusqu\u2019au mois de juillet ont provoqu\u00e9 un mill\u00e9sime d\u2019une pr\u00e9cocit\u00e9 jamais vue ! Le chardonnay a \u00e9t\u00e9 vendang\u00e9 le 20 ao\u00fbt au lieu de d\u00e9but septembre.<\/em><\/p>\n

Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des nuits fra\u00eeches \u00e0 partir de fin ao\u00fbt, les jus sont \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s avec de bonnes acidit\u00e9s, un \u00e9tat sanitaire exceptionnel nous a permis d\u2019attendre pour avoir les maturit\u00e9s ph\u00e9noliques abouties : anthocyanes et tanins.<\/em><\/p>\n

2) Quels sont les Rendements? \u00a0Impression g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du mill\u00e9sime?<\/p>\n

Petit rendement, plus petite r\u00e9colte depuis 1945, arri\u00e8re-saison exceptionnelle font de cette r\u00e9colte 2017 un mill\u00e9sime d\u2019exception avec de belles couleurs, du fruit et de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre. \u00a0Nous attendons maintenant la bonne pluie automnale et hivernale pour remettre \u00e0 niveau les nappes phr\u00e9atiques.<\/em><\/p>\n

3)\u00a0Quel \u00e9tait le meilleur repas servi pendant les vendanges?<\/span><\/p>\n

Pour cl\u00f4turer les vendanges, la paella traditionnelle de fin de r\u00e9colte f\u00fbt du m\u00eame niveau\u00a0: exceptionnelle!!<\/em><\/p>\n
