RVF – Juillet 2014<\/p>\n

Dans la derni\u00e8re Revue des Vins de France, un article r\u00e9sume bien les vins de Giulio Armani, Azienda Agricola Denavolo. Ce domaine travaillant avec des c\u00e9pages blancs uniquement, produit des vins en utilisant des raisins entiers, erafl\u00e9s. Une m\u00e9thode tr\u00e8s ancienne pour ne pas dire qu’elle remonte aux premiers moments de la vinification.
\nLes vins sont d’une belle couleur orang\u00e9e, ici tanniques gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la malvasia di Candia Aromatica, c\u00e9page rustique, tr\u00e8s aromatique ayant une pellicule assez \u00e9paisse.
\nIl existe aujourd’hui toute une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de vins blancs vinifi\u00e9s de cette fa\u00e7on, chaque c\u00e9page et terroir apportant ses richesses et sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s, cr\u00e9ant ainsi une nouvelle “couleur” de vin : Orange<\/em> au m\u00eame titre que les vins Rouge<\/em> ou Blanc ou Ros\u00e9<\/em> ou Jaune<\/em>.<\/p>\n
