<\/a><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Le domaine comprend 5 ha :<\/p>\n – 2 ha sur une parcelle produisant Dinavolo et Dinavolino<\/p>\n – 3 ha r\u00e9partis en 2 parcelles (Cassinera et\u00a0Campo Rotonde)<\/em><\/em> plant\u00e9es en 2008 et 2009 produisant aujourd’hui Catavela. Cassinera, <\/em>1 ha est plant\u00e9 avec de la Malvasia et de la Marsanne et Campo Rotonde<\/em>, 2 ha, est plant\u00e9 avec de l’Ortrugo, du Trebbiano, de la Malvasia, de la Marsanne, ainsi que quelques pieds de Santa Maria, Sauvignon blanc et Muscat.<\/p>\n Le sol est plus calcaire qu’\u00e0 la Stoppa et moins riche en argile, au contraire, il est tr\u00e8s a\u00e9r\u00e9. Il y a des sources dans le sous-sol de la parcelle qui apportent de la fra\u00eecheur. Il y a eu un mois de mai assez froid avec jusqu’\u00e0 8\u00b0 seulement enregistr\u00e9 le 18, aussi \u00e0 la m\u00eame date, les grappes sont beaucoup plus petites, et le stade v\u00e9g\u00e9tatif moins avanc\u00e9, il y a au moins une semaine de d\u00e9calage.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Le sol \u00e9tant moins humide et surtout plus perm\u00e9able, les entre-rangs sont fauch\u00e9s puis griff\u00e9s afin de bien concurrencer la vigne.. C’est l’\u00e9poque des rognages, \u00e0 Denavolo, ils sont faits \u00e0 la MAIN, soit une semaine de travail pour 4 personnes !\u00a0L\u00e0 non plus, aucune pression phytosanitaire, des vignes avec
