Aujourd’hui, c’est direction : le SUD ! nous arrivons au domaine des HOMS chez Anne et Jean Marc de Crozals.<\/p>\n

Ici l’alternance des chaleurs lourdes et des averses r\u00e9guli\u00e8res font que la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation se d\u00e9veloppe vite … trop vite parfois pour que l’homme suive ! La floraison est termin\u00e9e, les vignes sont belles car Jean Marc les bichonne et y passe beaucoup de temps.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>La r\u00e9colte s’annonce moins g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse que l’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re et il faut suivre de pr\u00e8s les vignes pour ne pas les laisser en proie au Mildiou, la culture du vignoble \u00e9tant biologique, il faut faire d’autant plus attention …<\/p>\n

C\u00f4t\u00e9 vin, les mises en bouteilles de juin sont faites et toute la gamme est de nouveau disponible \u00e0 la commercialisation : Tersandes rouge, Paul et le Cabard\u00e8s 2011 sont venus rejoindre les blanc et ros\u00e9 de printemps.<\/p>\n
