Au domaine Marie Thibault-Cabrit, le rythme s’acc\u00e9l\u00e8re … apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9but de saison plut\u00f4t humide et lent, la v\u00e9g\u00e9tation reprend le d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n
Au vignoble :<\/em><\/span><\/strong> Le d\u00e9cavaillonnage vient de se terminer, on est dans les temps et les premi\u00e8res fleurs sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u00e0. Le mill\u00e9simes 2012 est mouvement\u00e9 pour l’instant et en Loire, on a connu le gel dans la nuit du 16 avril et des gr\u00eales sur la Loire. Pour l’instant le vignoble est pass\u00e9 “entre les gouttes” et s’en tire plut\u00f4t bien !<\/p>\n L’humidit\u00e9 du sol rend le travail intense car l’herbe se r\u00e9jouit. Les \u00e9bourgeonnages sont bien avanc\u00e9s; l’accolage est fini sur les rouges et en cours sur les blancs.<\/p>\n Au chai :<\/em><\/span><\/strong> la mise en bouteille de deux cuv\u00e9es a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite le 1er juin dernier : Les grandes vignes<\/span><\/strong> et le z\u00e9z\u00e9 2011<\/span><\/strong> sont donc disponibles\u00a0 maintenant.\u00a0La cave est en partie vide, reste Premier Nez 2011 qui sortira l’hiver prochain.
