Denavolo – Emilia Romagna
A 2 hectares vineyard at 500 meters high planted with white grapes only : Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Ortrugo, Marsanne and a local one not identifiy yet. The wines are all made with long maceration – skin contacts from some months up to a year depending on the vintages. As a result the wines are rich, complexe, with tannins !! Selvapiana – Toscane

Selvapiana is a family owned estate, run for three generation by the Giuntini, it is located in Rufina, the smallest and most qualitative appellation for wines from Tuscany. Here we are proud presenting 100% Sangiovese wine, elegant, able to go through out time and ageing. La Stoppa - Emilie Romagne

Located on the first slopes of the Apenins, in Colli Piacentini, La Stoppa produces wines with typical grapes : Barbera and Bonarda. The main production is red wine but Ageno, a white wine completes very well the range, it is made as if it was a red, this long maceration white wine mainly composed of Malvasia di Candia Aromatica is full of flowers, complexity, presenting nice tannins in mouth.
There is no use of industrial yeasts neither any enological products, the Terroir gives its expression without any make up.
