Two really nice tasting in Paris, le vin entete’s tasting with Giulio Armani – Denavolo – and le vin de mes amis with ELena Pantaleoni and La Stoppa.
Wines that still surprise us ! White wines made with long maceration on the skin, flavors of fruits, flowers, complexicity and moreover …. tannins in white wines too ! Incredible wines, still rare ! an invitation to a nice meal.
Dinavolo and Dinavolino produced by iulio Armani who also has been working at La Stoppa for more than 30 years and where Ageno is produced. The wines are made with local grapes of Emilia Romagna such as Malvasia di Candia Aromatica and Ortrugo.
Even if standardisation is around us, somes wines remain real treasures, these are made as they used to be made in Italy decades ago ! Let’s open a bottle !
