1) Comment \u00e9tait la m\u00e9t\u00e9o pendant la r\u00e9colte?<\/p>\n

Il est tomb\u00e9 30 mm d\u2019eau mais bien plac\u00e9 en juillet et en aout. \u00a0La c<\/em>ueillette s’est faite sous le beau temps dans l’ensemble avec quelques \u00e9pisodes pluvieux . Les fruits \u00e9taient fragiles et il y avait une grande h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 cause des gels de printemps. En cons\u00e9quence, cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 des vendanges \u00e9tal\u00e9es sur une longue p\u00e9riode : quelques jours de r\u00e9colte seulement \u00e9tal\u00e9s entre le 4 et le 20 septembre.<\/em><\/p>\n

2) Quels sont les Rendements: \u00a010 hl\/h<\/em><\/p>\n

3) Impression g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du mill\u00e9sime?<\/p>\n

Toute la r\u00e9colte ira pour la production des bulles : la Roue Qui Tourne, il n’y aura pas de vins tranquilles cette ann\u00e9e ! 50% des raisins de l’activit\u00e9 n\u00e9goce (Roue Qui Tourne) proviennent du mon domaine.<\/em><\/p>\n

Les jus sont jolis pour faire les bulles. L’h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 des maturit\u00e9s permet de conserver de l’acidit\u00e9 et des aromatiques tr\u00e8s sympas. Les\u00a0<\/em>fermentations se d\u00e9roulent tr\u00e8s bien. Les vins devraient \u00eatre pr\u00eats assez t\u00f4t au printemps prochain.<\/em><\/p>\n

Plus grand ou plus petit que l’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re? beaucoup plus petit<\/em><\/p>\n

L\u00e9gumes d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 et filets mignons servis avec des vins du Sud de vignerons amis, ap\u00e9ritif maison avec des bulles de vieux mill\u00e9simes.<\/em><\/p>\n
