The mas Foulaquier presents deux main terroirs : Foulaquier : South exposure, a chalky soil and typical varieties from Pic St Loup : Grenache and Syrah and Tonillières, North Est exposure with old vine of Carignan, Grenache and Syrah planted on a chaky/clay soil.
